It's #turnuptuesday which means its time for a workout! I'm still in the midst of the 21 day challenge with Mr. Shut Up and Train, but even I need to switch things up a bit. Here'a great quick workout I found on Pinterest.
You can't spot train; it's just not possible so I lean towards workouts that full body deals. Something that works all the muscle groups at one time while mixing in some cardio to get the heart rate up. This one - despite having ab focus - actually does a great job of hitting the whole body. Enjoy!
