Meal Planning

Knowing that next week is going to be a crazy busy week for me (the end of the month always is), I'm getting a jumpstart on this week's meal planning. I'll probably do my grocery shopping today (Saturday) and get everything together tomorrow. 


Here's what's on the menu for the week:

Monday - Breakfast for Dinner
Eggs, homemade hashbrowns, sausage, and smoothies. I like to switch it up sometimes and do something fun like breakfast for dinner. We only get to each breakfast together as a family on the weekends so this is always a nice treat. 

Tuesday - Korean ribs, steamed bro and baked sweet potato fries
I'm going to create a marinade for the ribs and then throw them on the grill for a quick cook. So good. 

Wednesday - Pizza Night
We typically do pizza on Friday nights but this week I'm going to do it midweek. My son won't ever see this coming. 

Thursday - Meatloaf, mixed green salad and baked potatoes
I've been craving meatloaf lately for some reason I'm going to add this to the menu. Plus, I make a bomb meatloaf.

Friday - Hot wings and fried fish
I cook almost 6 days a week and some days, I just don't feel like it. Friday is the start of a long weekend anyway so there won't be much cooking going on around these parts besides attending cookouts. 

I do healthy alternatives of my dishes so don't judge me LOL I'm surrounded by 3 males that like to eat so I have to cook hearty meals to fill them up and keep them out of my cabinets!
