Chipotle Cares!

I can't remember when I discovered Chipotle, but I'm a fan. I love the freshness of their food, I love the recipes, I love how quick and easy - and healthy! - their meals are. About two years, they opened up a location near my house, which was great because the closest one to us was downtown Atlanta (bummer!). I frequent there at least 4 times a month and most recently, they have become a mainstay in the fitness challenge Hubby and I are doing with Mr. Shut Up and Train.

Imagine my surprise when I visited my local restaurant, made it all the way back home only to discover that our meal was missing a key ingredient: lettuce for the salad!

Unfortunately, it was my husband's meal and he was highly disappointed but I told him I would definitely give them a heads-up about the incident because "you can't do better if you don't know better". Needless to say, the kind folks over at Chipotle responded to my tweet and also my customer service inquiry and are sending us a gift card to make up for the mistake.

Thanks a million for awesome customer service, Chipotle. It's nice to know that restaurants "listen" to their patrons and care.
