Today's #turnuptuesday is going to focus on form. That's right, that little thing we all screw up at some point with our workouts. I hate planks. There. I said it. But they are a necessary evil so I've made a concerted effort to really do mine with proper form. This image is a great reminder and visual representation of what you should (and shouldn't) do when it comes to planks.
