Hey guys! Welcome back to Walk.Run.Repeat. Since I’m still
feeling things out about how this blog will work, I thought it would be a good
idea to give you an idea of what to expect around these parts. Are you ready? Here

Mondays -

Each and every Monday (if I can remember) I will do a recap of my weekend and share my meal plan for the week. Let me warn you though: my weekends are totally random and can definitely guarantee a laugh. I will also post weekly goals that I want to accomplish. Remember – smalls steps equal heap leaps.
Tuesdays - #TurnUpTuesday
I will share all new workouts that I find that you may be interested as
well. I may even do a post on some of the workouts I’ve tried (or failed).
Wednesdays - #WomenCrushWednesday
There are some beautiful and amazing women doing some
beautiful and amazing things in the fitness and health world, but the world in
general too. I will celebrate these women and why I admire them so every
Wednesday.
Thursdays – Coming Soon
Fridays – Coming Soon
I’m really looking forward to blogging about this experience
and seeing some results. Next up, the big reveal in terms of where I’m starting
at. Eeek!
