Hey guys! Welcome back to Walk.Run.Repeat. Since I’m still feeling things out about how this blog will work, I thought it would be a good idea to give you an idea of what to expect around these parts. Are you ready? Here we go!

Mondays - #WeekendInReview or #MotivationMonday



Each and every Monday (if I can remember) I will do a recap of my weekend and share my meal plan for the week. Let me warn you though: my weekends are totally random and can definitely guarantee a laugh.  I will also post weekly goals that I want to accomplish. Remember – smalls steps equal heap leaps.

Tuesdays - #TurnUpTuesday

I will share all new workouts that I find that you may be interested as well. I may even do a post on some of the workouts I’ve tried (or failed).

Wednesdays - #WomenCrushWednesday

There are some beautiful and amazing women doing some beautiful and amazing things in the fitness and health world, but the world in general too. I will celebrate these women and why I admire them so every Wednesday.

I’m really looking forward to blogging about this experience and seeing some results. Next up, the big reveal in terms of where I’m starting at. Eeek!
