Do You Yoga?

…well, do you? New month, new goals right? For July, I wanted to challenge myself with something physical and I decided that yoga was going to be it. Let’s face it – your girl is out of shape and it’s time to kick it in high gear for a number of reasons (another post, another time).

Right now, I am focused on inner peace and loose joints LOL I’ve been reading about yoga for years and I actually dabbled in it a few years ago but didn’t stick with it. I think all the voices in my head were a bit too loud for the silence that I needed so I figured why not give it another shot.

I stumbled upon this really cool 30-day challenge hosted by Do You Yoga (cute name, right?). You get a different session each day for the next 30 days. Easy peasy. And did I mention it was free? Cha-ching! Sign me RAT now!

So, for the next 30 days I will stumble, fumble and somehow stretch my way into this yoga thing and see how it goes. If you want to sign up, here’s the link to do so.
